I am currently looking for a part-time Office Assistant/Recepionist/Secretary/Data entry position, or anything that you may require. I live in the Queen Street East and Pape Avenue area, and would prefer a job relatively close. I have over 10 years experience in an office environment, and have experience with MS Word, MYOB, Simply Accounting, CorelDraw, Photoshop, Photo-Paint, Internet Explorer, Netscape and many other software programs.
I can assist with computer research and setup, computer repairs, hardware and software installaion, and network setup.
I have training in Professional Telephone Skills and experience with filing, office equipment, data entry, and customer service.
I am a great team player and I love to make the office a happy environment to be in. My outgoing personality sees to that.
I am dedicated to the company I work for and will never let you down. I will do my best to make sure everything is better than satisfactory.
I excel at Customer Service as I have been doing it since 1987,when I had my own Small Appliance Sales and Service company in Toronto at the age of 17.
I have dispatch and telemarketing skills and am very comfortable using the telephone, due to my professional telephone skills training.
If you are need an honest, down-to-earth, hardworking individual with an excellect grasp of office procedures and customer service, then I am the one you need.
I am not concerned about the hours I work. For instance, if you need someone to do one hour a day while someone takes their lunch break, I will do it.
I haven't worked in about one year...Last job being a Custodian yet I know there are some people that will give people a chance to prove themselves...I want that chance.
