Incase you did not hear, the deal was killed (finally) by the OMB. Big box is out and high end employment is in. I know many elderley people were looking forward to a Walmart but really... there are many more Walmarts around the GTA.
The unique retail of South Riverdale and Leslieville are saved for another year or two!
